RE TEXTIL Deutschland, based in Polch, Germany (close to the larger city of Koblenz), is a textile recycling and sorting company that processes used clothing and shoes. We maintain sustainable partnerships with players in the field of waste management as well as with charities operating at the city and municipality levels. We treat used textiles as raw materials, handling them in a fair, transparent and respectful manner.
Our promise: To return raw materials into the material cycle in a way that conserves resources. Our goal: To recycle textiles to the greatest possible extent!

About us
RE TEXTIL GmbH is your partner for professional, transparent textile recycling. We receive collected textiles from our established contractual partners in the fields of business and public administration. We also receive shoes and clothing from specialised companies that collect them from clothing drop boxes and street collections.
Once they have reached RE TEXTIL Deutschland, used textiles pass through five work steps – from pre-sorting into main categories, to specific classification into over 140 smaller categories, through to global shipment based on demand, destination country, season, material and quality.
Our promise
The name of our company, ‘RE TEXTIL’, means ‘respect textiles’, a.k.a. our core competency. As a textile recycling company, we make sure to work in a responsible, highly efficient, cost-effective and environmentally friendly manner. We back up this promise with a 100 per cent recycling process.
